LIFE HABITS, SCREENING, DRUGS, AND FOOD TO FIGHT THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF CANCER

Prevention is better than cure, especially when it comes to cancer prevention.
Thanks to research, we are able to defeat diseases before they even occur. Think of the vaccines that have controlled infectious diseases in children and many others, including flu and hepatitis. In oncology, we need to focus on prevention and become aware that we can do a lot to reduce the incidence and mortality.
But what can we do in practice to protect ourselves?
That’s what food prevention is all about:
Currently, there are many studies that show that we can actively prevent many diseases, even serious ones, with the diet because in certain foods there are active molecules and substances from a molecular point of view. Among them, the terpenes of the essential oils of oranges, the flavonoids of pomegranate, the catechin of green tea, for example, are all very promising substances.
In general, a balanced and conscious diet can already do a lot. Studies by Eurocare 4 and Concord have shown that in countries where people consume a Mediterranean diet they survive cancer longer.
So… enjoy your meal and be healthy!
